Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of cameras do you own?
We own the Sony a7 r4, Sony a7 r3, and Sony a7 4.
What is your turnaround time?
For our standard 45-minute photoshoots we aim for a turnaround of 10 days or less.
For weddings our turnaround is 6-8 weeks.
For video projects our turnaround varies from 2 weeks all the way to 10 weeks, depending on the breadth and scope of the project.
Our turnaround for all other types of shoots varies but we aim to get them done as quickly as possible.
Why do you require a deposit?
In order to avoid last minute cancellations we charge a deposit equivalent to 25% of the session fee.
This is to ensure clients show up and that our available time slots are preserved.
If you do need to cancel after a deposit has been paid, we allow you to use the deposit as a credit toward another shoot.
If no attempt to rebook has been made within one calendar year the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations made less than two hours before a shoot result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
What happens if we are late for a shoot?
We aim to be as flexible as we can so we afford clients a 15 minute grace period.
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we honor the time slot you booked the session for but will end the session once it has elapsed.
For example, if you are 30 minutes late to a 45 minute shoot, you will only get 30 minutes of coverage.
If you miss the session entirely it will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
What happens if we want to buy additional time after a shoot has ended?
For photography, additional time starts at $150 per half hour.
For videography, additional time starts at $175 per half hour.
